2:17pm: Fans begin to drift away in their droves now, a really disappointing afternoon for the Magpies.

GOAL: Notts 1-3 Bury
2:15pm:
Adams strokes the penalty home, and secures the win for Bury. No way back for Notts.

2:14pm: Bury penalty, foul by Tann on Hurst. Chance for the visitors to wrap things up here.

2:13pm: Smart turn and shot by Sam in the box with his back to goal, only inches wide. Time really is running out for Notts.

2:10pm: McCann's free-kick picks out Hunt with a towering header just outside the box, but he is just off target.

2:09pm: Final Notts change, with Sam on for Weir-Daley in a straight swap up front. It was orginally going to be Dudfield going off, but Notts had a late change of heart.

2:08pm: Time running out for the Magpies, Bury packing out the midfield now and giving Notts no time on the ball.

2:04pm: Despite Notts' changes they have been unable to find a way through this hard-working Bury side, in fact Bullock just fired wide from the edge of the box for the visitors.

2:01pm: Fifteen to go, Notts really need to get back level quickly if they have aspirations of winning this game.

2:00pm: Another change for Notts, Parkinson on for Neil MacKenzie who looks to have been struggling with injury in this second half.

13:57pm: The visitors are enjoying a good spell of pressure, with Notts unable to get on the ball.

13:55pm: Bury full of confidence again, and Adams' far post header is straight at Pilkington as Notts look rocked.

GOAL! Notts 1-2 Bury
13:52pm:
Notts again caught out again after scoring just like last week at Wycombe, this time Bury burst forward and Scott slots the ball beyond Pilkington from just inside the box. Notts once again have it all to do.

13:50pm: Danny Crow seemed to pick up an injury in the penalty incident, he has left the field on a stretcher and Myles Weston is on in his place.

GOAL! Notts 1-1 Bury
13:49pm:
MacKenzie slots the ball to Provett's left as he dives to his right, perfect penalty and Notts are level.

13:47pm: Notts penalty! Handball by a Bury defender Woodthorpe after Crow's header. Crow down injured so we may have to wait for the penalty to be taken, but MacKenzie is going to take it.

13:43pm: Notts quickly break and Crow feeds Dudfield in the inside-right of the box, but with his powerful drive arrowing into the near post Provett turns the ball away.

13:43pm: Somner gives ball away and Bury break, but Tann makes a fine interception.

13:41pm: Tough challenge by Somner on Morgan, a fourth booking of the season for the midfielder.

13:39pm: Nearly ten minutes into the second half and nothing really for either goalkeeper to do. Notts haven't been able to click into full flow as they did in the first half.

13:36pm: Free-kick for Notts in front of the Z Block after good play by Weir-Daley, but MacKenzie's cross is just over Hunt's head.

13:33pm: Mangan gets away down the left for Bury, but Silk gets across to block his left-foot effort at the expense of a corner which Futcher heads down but with no power in the effort Pilkington gathers.

13:31pm: We're back for the second period, no changes from either side and Bury get us underway.

Half-Time: Notts County 0-1 Bury - A very good performance by Notts, but somehow they find themselves behind. Lets hope they stick to their methods in the second half and get the rewards they deserve.

13:15pm: Free-kick for Notts on edge of box after foul on Silk by Adams, who is booked. MacKenzie lining this one up for Notts, a goal now would be most welcome. But, Bury survive and clear.

13:13pm: Good play by Dudfield down the right to eventually pick out MacKenzie on the edge of the box, Bury have bodies in the way and block the shot. Notts continue to put the pressure on wiht a few more crosses, but the Shakers hold firm,

13:10pm: Bury free-kick into the Notts box causes problems and the Magpies fail to clear their lines, but luckily Bullock scuffs his shot wide.

13:09pm: Notts starting to step things up again with a few forays forwards, but nothing to test Provett as of yet. Crowd a little quieter now.

13:06pm: A stunned silence somewhat around Meadow Lane, we certainly didn't see that coming although the warning signs had been fired at Notts moments earlier.

GOAL: Notts 0-1 Bury
13:03pm:
Stunning goal for the visitors. Notts switched off again as a throw-in was quickly taken and found former Halifax man Haslam on the edge of the box, and his right-foot drive was fired at some pace and through a crowd of bodies and into the top corner. Somewhat against the run of play, but Notts must quickly respond.

13:01pm: Good deep ball to the back stick by Somner to pick out Dudfield, but his volley under pressure from Futcher is just wide.

12:58pm: For all Notts' good play a warning sign here. Good move by Bury resulted in Adams' cross being headed home by Glynn Hurst again his former club, but the goal was quickly ruled out for a push. A warning sign by Notts if they switch off for a second Bury could well snatch something here.

12:56pm: Close call as Notts continue to push for an opening goal. Corner from MacKenzie met by Adam Tann's head, but he hits the crossbar and the ball bounces away to safety.

12:54pm: Good move again with Crow at the heart of Notts' best moves, slipping Dudfield away down the inside right but his shot straight at Provett.

12:52pm: Good turn on the edge of the box by Butcher and a low right-foot effort just sneaking in the near post, but Provett down well to claim the slippery ball.

12:51pm: No goals still and no real chances, but a little incident here on the touchline with Bury Manager Chris Casper and the Fourth Official having a slight argument!

12:46pm: Crowd really behind Notts today and a good feeling around Meadow Lane, a goal now would really lift things. Very few chances, apart from that short spell with Crow and Weir-Daley's efforts.

12:43pm: Ball bouncing around the Bury box, eventually falls to Somner but his volley is into the ground from outside the box and into the arms of Provett.

12:42pm: Bury managed to survive the pressure, but Notts still look the more dominant side at the moment.

12:39pm: Resultant corner finds Crow whose header is deflected away for a corner, and he meets the next corner but heads over. An impressive start by Notts and Crow.

12:38pm: Notts should have just taken the lead, more good play results in Crow shooting low from outside the box which Provett can only parry into the path of the onrushing Weir-Daley six yards out, but he is quickly on his feet to deny the striker who looked certain to put Notts ahead.

12:35pm: Good passage of play by Notts and some smart passing moves on a few occasions in these early stages. A quick free-kick by MacKenzie picks out Dudfield in the box but his smart cross evades everyone including Crow at the far post and Bury survive.

12:33pm: Neither side stamping their authority on the game yet, the ball very backwards and forwards and exchanging teams quite often.

12:31pm: Crow clattered by Futcher after getting on the end of Pilkington's long kick forwards - a nice welcome to the Magpies from the Bury defender. Good run down the left by the frontman moments later, a good early sign of his potential.

12:30pm: We're off and underway here at Meadow Lane.

12:26pm: The teams are out for this early kick-off at Meadow Lane, with Notts looking to get back to winning ways after two successive defeats against Hereford and Wycombe - and new boy Danny Crow is straight into the starting line-up. Jason Lee is out with a broken arm, Lee Canoville injured and Paul Mayo suspended so changes have had to be made - but there's still a good confidence Notts can claim a win here.
