Notts County 0-1 Havant & Waterlooville

Full Time: That's it - Notts are out of the Cup. A biterly frustrating and disappointing afternoon. Look out for a full report and reaction to follow on nottscountyfc.co.uk.

90 + 4 Mins: There goes Notts' last chance, Mayo's cross is met by Dudfield six yards out - but he heads over.

90 + 3 Mins: Notts have virtually everyone up now, but they can't find a way through. The visitors are hanging on for their lives.

90 + 2 Mins: Sam's looping header is turned over the bar by Scriven, but Notts can't take advantage and the visitors clear their lines.

90 Mins: Five minutes of added time by the Fourth Official - still time for Notts.

89 Mins: Notts look shell-shocked, there seems no way back here for the Magpies.

87 Mins - GOAL - Notts County 0-1 Havant & Waterlooville
Would you believe it, the visitors take the lead with minutes to go. A ball over the top sends Taggart clean through on goal with Tann and Canoville, and the frontman scambles the ball over the line despite the best efforts of Tann to haul the frontman back. A terrible blow and a shocking goal concede.

84 Mins: Time is running out for Notts if they want to avoid a replay here. But, they are giving the ball away far too easily.

81 Mins: Low drive from Butcher is cleared off the line by Gregory for a corner, which is whipped in by the midfielder but Jason Lee heads over the bar.

80 Mins: Ten minutes to go, it real is anyone's game here. Notts look frustrated and the crowd clearly are, but as we approach the latter stages lets hope Notts can net a winner.

79 Mins: Final change for Notts, Butcher on for MacKenzie.

74 Mins: Corner from Mayo works its way to Sam on the edge of the box, but his volleyed effort is blocked. Notts upping the pressure.

73 Mins: Corner is eventually cleared, a real scramble in the box but the Blue Square South side clear again. A backs to the wall performance now.

72 Mins: Poor free-kick by Mayo and the ball is eventually lumped back into the box and finds its way to Dudfield, but on the volley his shot is deflected over the bar, only just.

70 Mins: Corner to Notts finds Adam Tann at the far post to head the ball into the path of Weir-Daley, but a sea of yellow floods him out and Havant clear again.

67 Mins: Good play by Mayo down the left to advance into the box and cut the ball back to Weir-Daley, but he shoots straight at Scriven.

65 Mins: Been very little in terms of opportunities so far - Notts have to remain patient. It hasn't gone their way, but losing their heads simply won't help matters and Dave Kevan is urging the players not to sit deep at the moment from the touchline.

64 Mins: Weir-Daley is on now, looks like he will be operating out wide.

63 Mins: Notts are down to ten men for the minute, Myles Weston has gone off for treatment on a hamstring injury. Looks like he isn't coming back, Weir-Daley is coming on.

61 Mins: A Havant player is down on the floor after Lee's first challenge, looked nothing in it from up here. Same old story once again, Lee being penalised.

60 Mins: Cometh the hour, cometh the man. Jason Lee is on, replacing Gary Silk. Dudfield out on the wing now, with Lee up the front with Sam.

57 Mins: Jason Lee is getting stripped and ready for action, a return for the big man after two months out.

55 Mins: Havant open Notts up too easily down the left with Harkin turning Mayo and Somner inside-out and cutting in from the right, but his left-foot drive is well saved by Pilkington and Somner eventually clears the ball. What a let-off, and the fans are not happy and a chorus of boos have rung out.

51 Mins: Scrappy start to the half, neither side able to create any chances as of yet.

49 Mins: Another change for Havant, Pacquette going off, and he is replaced by Taggart.

47 Mins: Notts' first corner of the half, five so far, but the visitors again clear their lines.

46 Mins: We're off again, with Notts kicking is off again.

4:02pm: We're back for the second period, and the visitors are making a change with Wilkinson on for Oatway.

Half-Time: No goals so far - Notts County 0-0 Havant & Waterlooville

45 + 1 Mins: Shot by MacKenzie from the edge of the box, a fizzing low drive once again - but this time his effort is turned behind for a corner by Scrive diving to his right.

45 Mins: One minute of added time to play in the half, just signalled by the Fourth Official.

44 Mins: Good play by Notts keeping the ball on the floor after an initial fine run by Weston, but in the end Canoville's left-foot shot from the edge of the box is sliced wide.

43 Mins: Two minutes to the break, and no sign of the deadlock being broken.

41 Mins: Notts break well following a Havant corner, but Weston is the only player in the Havant half and he can only shoot - but his effort is blocked.

39 Mins: Both sides have been giving the ball away cheaply today, but like we have stressed before patience is the key here. We're in the same situation as the Histon game.

36 Mins: No more chances, but Ian McParland and Dave Kevan are clearly worked up in the home dugout. Been few chances for Notts since the early efforts by Dudfield and MacKenzie.

32 Mins: The visitors are enjoying a good spell here, getting on the ball well and looking full of confidence. But, Pilkington has still had little to do other than claim crosses and clear his lines.

28 Mins: No further chances to report. It has been fairly scrappy in the last ten minutes or so. Somner has just been booked for a late challenge on Smith, a little frustration there in the chance missed a few minutes ago.

24 Mins: Lovely ball over the top by Silk finds Somner clear on goal, but he takes too long to line up his shot and a defender saw the chance to clear, and he did at the expense of a corner. What a chance, he was clean through just inside the box with only the goalkeeper to beat.

23 Mins: Good move down the right sees Silk use some neat feet to fire a cross in, but no-one is on hand to turn the ball home and the visitors break quickly. But, Tann cuts out a long ball towards Pacquette.

20 Mins: Magpies fans seem a little frustrated that the Magpies haven't been dominating the play just yet. Ian McParland said patience is the key today, and that really is the key word.

18 Mins: First corner of the game from Havant sees Collins meet the ball with a stopping header which Pilkington has to tip over to avoid seeing the ball dip just under the crossbar. Second corner is cleared.

15 Mins: No score so far, and after the early flurry of chances it has gone a little quiet. As expected, Havant are making it tough for the Magpies.

11 Mins: Notts getting the ball down now and enjoying a good spell of possession. But, just when Notts look like they have got the final ball in behind the Havant defence last-gasp foot or body in the way stops Notts getting through.

8 Mins: Dudfield nicks the ball from Smith thirty-five yards out which leads to MacKenzie fizzing an effort wide of Scriven's right-hand post. The low drive was only inches wide.

7 Mins: First Notts attempt, a smart ball into Dudfield's feet by Sam sees the striker turn and shoot under presure from Smith inside the box but Scriven smothers his shot.

5 Mins: Positive start from the Blue Square South outfit, with Tann well placed in the box to head a Harkin cross away from Baptiste who, had he got to the ball, would have scored.

4 Mins: First shot of the game comes from the visitors but Mo Harkin slices wide from the right-hand side of the box about ten yards out. Could have been a decent chance, but he lost his composure.

2 Mins: Notts launch their first attack with Weston on the ball on the edge of the box, but Havant get bodies back and clear their lines as the winger looks to slip Sam in just inside the box.

3pm - 1 Min: We're off and underway, with Havant kicking off attacking towards the Meadow Lane End in the first period.

2:57pm: Teams are out on the pitch to a fine reception.

2:51pm: Nine minutes to kick-off - Havant fans are in good voice for this one although fairly small in numbers. Magpies fans are doing their best too to raise the atmosphere at Meadow Lane. First of three home games in a row, it would be terrific to have three straight wins and start an important month with a bang.

2:40pm: 20 minutes to kick-off, atmosphere building a little around Meadow Lane. Dave Kevan and Tommy Johnson are out on the pitch with the players putting them through some heading and shooting routines. Lawrie Dudfield has just tucked a few goals away nicely, I am sure he would take another two goals - just like in the First Round against Histon.

2:30pm: A fair few have made the long journey from Havant for today's game. The away side seem in good spirits, although they are missing key defender Tom Jordan - son of former Scotland player Joe who is now First Team Coach at Portsmouth. He has just sat in front of us speaking to Robin Chipperfield on BBC Radio Nottingham.

2:20pm: Good to see Jason Lee back in the squad today. He has been out for almost seven weeks with the broken arm sustained in training in October, so today is the first time Ian McParland is able to call upon the services of the 36-year-old. His power in the air could be vital coming off the bench in the latter stages, if required. But, we hope that isn't the case.

2:15pm: Team news is reaching us at Meadow Lane, and Ian McParland has made one change to the side which was beaten 2-1 by Lincoln last Saturday. Richard Butcher has been dropped to the bench, and in his place comes Matt Somner. Gary Silk looks set to operate on the right-hand side of midfield as a result, with Somner slotting in alongside Neil MacKenzie in the centre of the field.
