90 + 2: Not long to go now with the sun still shining brightly in Derbyshire.
90 + 1: Crow looks to end his loan spell at Meadow Lane with a goal, but he drags his effort wide from outside the area.
90 Mins: Two minutes of added time here, then the season is over.
88 Mins: Powerful drive from Ward from outside the area for the home side is well saved by Hoult as Chesterfield step up a gear in the final few minutes.
85 Mins: Final change for the Magpies, Crow replacing Spencer Weir-Daley.
82 Mins: Approaching those final stages now, the game is still very much anyones.
77 Mins: Dudfield replaces Lee for the Magpies, second change.
76 Mins: Weston, on the right wing now, cut inside and unleashes a superb shot which flashes just wide of Roche's far post. Great run, great shot and so close to his first ever Magpies goal.
72 Mins: Chesterfield come so close to going ahead, but Lloyd Kerry's shot from outside the box crashes against the woodwork.
67 Mins: Excellent skill and turn of pace by Weston to leave two Chesterfield defenders for dead down the left, but his cross from the left was put wide by Weir-Daley from around six yards out on the volley.
66 Mins: First change for the Magpies, Wayne Corden replaced by Andy Parkinson.
63 Mins: Leven tries a cheeky chip over Hoult after Lester's ball found him in space inside the area, but Hoult was able to stretch and grasp the ball.
62 Mins: Suddenly it is Chesterfield in control of this game. Full of confidence now and passing the ball around, the home side look completely different to the side in the opening fifteen minutes of this half.
60 Mins: Chesterfield make their first change, bringing on Algar for Owens.
59 Mins - CHESTERFIELD 1-1 NOTTS COUNTY - GOAL
Chesterfield draw level, and leading scorer Jack Lester is the man to draw the home side back on level terms. The striker bagged his 27th of the season, controlling the ball well, holding off Johnson's challenge and slotting the ball past Hoult in the far corner.
54 Mins: Chesterfield almost draw level through Jamie Ward, but after weaving his way through the Notts defence and getting a shot in from ten yards out his effort took a deflection and fell kindly into the arms of Hoult.
51 Mins: Notts have really started the half brightly. Butcher collects the ball thirty yards out and opts to blast a real rocket towards goal which Roche does well to tip over. It's all Notts at the moment.
49 Mins: Weir-Daley again gets away down the left, but this time advances into the area and shoots, but he can only lift his efforts into the Notts crowd behind the goal.
47 Mins: Weir-Daley, boosted by his goal just before the break, burst away down the left and crossed towards Butcher who made a fine run from midfield - but a Spireites defender was on hand to block his left-foot effort.
46 Mins: Notts kick us off for the second half, and we're underway. No changes made by either team.
Half-Time - Chesterfield 0-1 Notts County: Notts lead thanks to Weir-Daley's goal bang on half-time, meaning Notts are on course for their fifty-point target by the end of play today. Join us for all the action in the second half here on nottscountyfc.co.uk.
45 Mins +1: Two minutes of added time signalled by the Fourth Official, and Notts have to put in some more excellent defending to ensure they lead at the break with Johnson and Hoult putting their bodies on the line to block shots from Ward and Kerry.
45 Mins - CHESTERFIED 0-1 NOTTS COUNTY - GOAL!
The Magpies take the lead through Spencer Weir-Daley - his third of the season. A ball forwards by MacKenzie was latched onto by the striker, who made the most of some hesitation in the Chesterfield defence to nick the ball past Roche and tap into the empty net.
42 Mins: The Magpies survive a big scare as a ball into Ward sees Hoult quickly off his line, but the striker's awareness is quicker and he tries and overhead-kick which was dropping into the net - until Edwards was on hand to head off the line, great anticipation by the centre-back to read the danger and get back on the line.
40 Mins: Corner for the Magpies won by Mayo, but after playing it short MacKenzie's ball into Lee finds the Notts No.9 offside.
35 Mins: After such a lively half-an-hour, things have calmed down somewhat at Saltergate. After running the show early doors with some neat footwork Lester has disappeared from proceedings.
30 Mins: Owens blasts over for the home side from outside the box; and they've had the majority of the play in this half - but it remains 0-0.
26 Mins: Another chance for Chesterfield, time time a corner to the far post is flicked back across goal by Lester to Kovacs who headed down to Downes in the six-yard box - but he weakly tapped at Hoult when really he should have scored. It has been a busy half for Houlty so far, and he has been equal to everything thrown at him.
25 Mins: Chesterfield continue to push forwards in search of the opener, and again Hoult has to come to the Magpies' rescue. This time he denies Lester from six-yard out with another point-blank stop, and from the resulting corner Johnson throws himself in the way of Downes' shot at the far post.
19 Mins: Notts register their first shot, but it is a tame one from Jason Lee. Richard Butcher did well in the area to create room and shrug off Kovacs' attentions and slip the ball across to Lee - but his side-footed effort was weak and straight at Roche.
17 Mins: A short free-kick to Leven thirty yards out is driven low towards goal by the Spireites skipper with his left foot, and with the ball looking set to sneak just inside the far corner Hoult turns the ball away for a corner which Notts deal with easily.
12 Mins: On the edge of the box Lester looks to curl a shot towards the far corner, but he is just off target with a little too much height on the ball. Easy to see why he has scored so many goals this season, he has a real eye for goal and create an opportunity from virtually nothing.
8 Mins: A poor backpass by Kovacs almost allows Weir-Daley in on goal, but Roche is able to dive on the ball after the Magpies No.21 sold him with a neat dummy to the barline - but the goalkeeper did well to advance back and stop the former Forest striker getting a shot in.
6 Mins: Bright run from the impressive Jack Lester and some fine football by the home side almost results in a chance for Ward, but a last gasp challenge from Johnson saves the day and nudges the ball back to Hoult.
4 Mins: A moment for the home side to take the lead with a slick piece of football resulting in Leven shooting at goal from around ten yards out, but a point-blank range Hoult makes a fine stop, palming the ball out and Mayo alive to the danger to quickly hack the ball away and upfield.
2 Mins: Notts pump an early ball forwards towards the head of Jason Lee to flick on for Spencer Weir-Daley, who has been handed a rare start today in attack - but he is pulled up for a foul.
1 Min: Chesterfield get us underway in the sunshine, with Notts to attack towards their fans in the second half.
2:56pm: The teams are out, great to see such a strong support here today cheering on the Magpies.
2:53pm: Just waiting now for the teams to enter the field. Will be nice to sit back and enjoy todays game without the added pressure of striving for Football League status. It will be the same for the players too, who seem very determined to end this season with a win.
2:45pm: Magpies fans have black and white balloons with them and are in full voice, determined to enjoy the final game of the campaign with the Magpies safe in League Two after last weekend's 1-0 win over Wycombe at Meadow Lane.
2:35pm: A good number of fans from Nottingham already on the terrace and behind the goal. The Club sold over 600 tickets in advance, and that was without the game being all-ticket - so we could have near on 1,000 fans making the journey.
2:25pm: All the Magpies squad are out warming up in the warm Derbyshire sunshine, and even Tommy Johnson has joined in the preparations by donning his boots and getting involved with the lads - calling for a few crys from the terrace behind the goal for Tommy to get back in the team! We can dream can't we?!
2:15pm: Welcome to today's game with nottscountyfc.co.uk direct from Saltergate, and we've just had the teams confirmed - and the Magpies team confirmed with a number of changes from the side which defeated Wycombe a week ago. Gary Silk, Paul Mayo, Wayne Corden and Spencer Weir-Daley all come in for this final game of the campaign as Notts aim to go out with a bang.
