There are just TEN DAYS remaining for Magpies supporters to take advantage of the early-purchase discount on Season Tickets for the 2008/09 season.

With that in mind, we're encouraging supporters to make sure they don't miss out on the fantastic opportunity to watch football down at Meadow Lane next season at a reasonable price - and provide you with a timely reminder of the packages we have on offer for next season.

For example, taking advantage of the early-purchase discount in the Kop Stand for Adults works out at just £10.87 per game. When you consider matchday admission is £18 in the Kop, the early-purchase offer is one simply not to be missed!

And Magpies Manager Ian McParland is encouraging supporters to take advantage of the offers in place - and also pile into the Kop Stand next term to make Meadow Lane a difficult place to visit for opposing teams.

He said: "The early-purchase discount obviously represents great value when you look at the figures, and it has been encouraging to see a number of supporters queuing for their season tickets when I have arrived at the Club over the last two weeks or so.

"It has been great to have a chat with a few of them, see people smiling and look forward to next season.

"The early-purchase discount represents good value for money looking at it, especially the price-per-game figures.

"We all know what a terrific atmosphere was generated in the last two home games of the season which has just finished, and the fans spurred the lads on to two really important home wins - and we want to experience that sort of atmosphere throughout next season.

"I've talked about it before, but we have to take advantage of every extra edge we can have over the opposition - and the Kop can do that, as well as having fans in the Haydn Green Family Stand as well."

And Season Tickets for the 2008/09 season are on sale now and ready to collect from the Ticket Office, with fans able to take advantage of the early-purchase discount right through until the end of May.

And for the first time, Magpies fans will be able to purchase their tickets for the entire campaign in the Kop Stand. Off the back of the simply magnificent support from the Kop in our final two home games of the season, the stand has been turned into home territory for next season.

General season-ticket prices are increasing slightly for the first time in five years but under-12s will have free admission in all areas of the ground and under-16s also go free in the newly named Haydn Green Family Stand.

The Ticket Office is open from 9am to 5pm throughout the week, and throughout every remaining Saturday in May the Ticket Office will be open from 10am to 1pm to allow fans to make weekend purchases.
